Ann currently lives and works in New Jersey, teaching General Biology at Rider University, and drawing and painting as much as time allows. She received a Certificate in Botanical Illustration from The New York Botanical Garden and has since exhibited her work in many shows in the Northeast, including the Twelfth Annual ASBA/HSNY Exhibition, the 2008 Philadelphia Flower Show, and Focus on Nature X in Albany, NY. A member of the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators and ASBA, she works in watercolor, colored pencil, graphite, gouache, and pen and ink, striving for a pleasing blend of aesthetics and scientific accuracy.
