Melinda is a member of the American Society of Botanical Artists and the Northern California Society of Botanical Artists and lives in Marin County, CA. She has studied with Catherine Watters and earned a diploma with distinction from the UK’s Society of Botanical Artists. Inspired by nature, she paints from real life to give a glimpse into natural form and color. Her work has been exhibited at Westminster Hall in London, Filoli Gardens, the Huntington Museum in California, and has received awards at the Marin County Fair.
