The desire to capture the beauty and individuality of plants has led Esther Klahne to pursue a Certificate in Botanical Art through the Wellesley College Friends of Horticulture Botanical Art Program. Esther studied art at Cape Cod Community College and graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 1984 with a degree in Apparel Design. Living in Lancaster, Massachusetts, Esther is a member of the New England Society of Botanical Artists, ASBA, and TWIG, a group of Worcester County botanical artists. Esther’s paintings are exhibited and sold throughout New England.
